About our services
The Dental Recruiters provides direct-hire recruiting and placement services for dental practices and dental professionals, as well as dental practice consulting. The Site provides information about those services, lists open roles, and lets you contact us or apply.
Recruiting, placement and consulting engagements with practices are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Information on the Site about fees, guarantees and engagement options is a general summary, not an offer or a contract.
For candidates
- Our services are free to candidates. Our fees are paid by hiring practices, never by you.
- Submitting your information or applying for a role does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring practice.
- The Dental Recruiters is not your employer and is not a party to any employment relationship between you and a practice.
- You agree that the information you provide, including your resume, licenses and work history, is accurate and complete, and that you have the right to share it.
For practices
- Candidate information we share with you is confidential and may be used only to evaluate that candidate for the role we presented them for.
- Hiring decisions, employment terms, and verification of licenses and credentials are your responsibility, unless a written agreement with us says otherwise.
- Fees, guarantees and payment terms apply only as set out in your written agreement with us.
Our right to decline service
We may decline, suspend or discontinue services to any prospective or existing client or candidate for any lawful reason, at our discretion. We never decline service on the basis of any characteristic protected by law.
Job listings
Open roles are provided for general information. Listings may change, be filled or be withdrawn at any time, and details such as pay, schedule and benefits are set by the hiring practice and may differ from the listing.
Equal opportunity
We present candidates and opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law, and we expect the practices we work with to follow equal employment opportunity laws.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
- upload viruses, malicious code or files you do not have the right to share;
- send spam, solicitations or automated submissions, or use bots or scrapers on the Site;
- attempt to interfere with the Site, its security features, or our systems;
- copy or harvest job listings, contact details or other content for commercial use.
We may block access, reject submissions, or remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and The Dental Recruiters name and marks, belongs to Dental Talent Acquisition Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. By using the Site, you acknowledge it.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, its availability or the accuracy of its content, including job listings. We do not guarantee any particular hiring, placement or business result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dental Recruiters and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit obligations under a separate written agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dental Recruiters from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state courts located in Pasco County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement with us, are the entire agreement about the Site.
