Offer Terms
  1. The offer. For a limited time, Dental Talent Acquisition Group, LLC, doing business as The Dental Recruiters (“we”), will waive its recruitment (placement) fee for one direct-hire placement, in one role chosen by the practice, for up to two dental practices we select (the “Offer”).
  2. Who can apply. Dental practices and groups located in the United States. The request must be submitted by an owner, doctor, manager or other person authorized to act for the practice. One request per practice location.
  3. No cost to apply. No purchase or payment is needed to apply or to be selected. You do not need to like, follow or share our social media pages.
  4. How practices are selected. Our team personally reviews every request. We select practices at our discretion, based on the practice’s story, the role requested, and our ability to recruit for that role and location. Selection is not random and is not based on the order requests are received. We may select fewer than two practices, and our decisions are final. We will contact the selected practices directly.
  5. What’s included. For one hire in the chosen role, we source, screen and present candidates, and we charge no recruitment fee. Selected practices sign our Client Service Agreement (Standard Placement terms, with the recruitment fee waived for that one hire) before the search begins. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls for the search.
  6. What the practice pays. Job-ad marketing (ad placement) costs for the search, billed at exactly what we pay, with no markup. We give you the cost in advance, and nothing is posted until you approve it. Any other costs the practice chooses (for example, its own background checks or candidate travel) are the practice’s responsibility.
  7. Limits. The Offer covers one placement in one role. Additional roles or hires are at our regular terms. The Offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  8. Hiring decisions and fair hiring. The practice makes all hiring decisions and is responsible for verifying licenses and credentials. We recruit without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law, and we don’t accept candidate requirements based on them.
  9. Changes and ending the Offer. This is a limited-time Offer and may end at any time without notice. We may change or withdraw it at any time; we will honor commitments already made to selected practices.
  10. Contact and privacy. By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request. We contact you about our other recruiting services only if you check that box, and you can opt out at any time. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy and never sell it.
  11. General. Void where prohibited. These terms are governed by Florida law and our Terms of Service.
